How to Resolve Reported Content Issues in Your Course

NotesNote: The video uses a different course for demonstration purposes. However, the steps for locating, reviewing, and resolving reported content issues are the same for all courses.

Step 1: Log in to Distinction

Log in to your Distinction account using your registered email address and password.

Step 2: Navigate to "Generated by Me"

From the navigation menu, select Generated by Me to view all courses you have created.


Step 3: Search for Your Course

Use the search bar to find the course that contains the reported issue.

Step 4: Open the Course

Click on the course to open its details page.

Step 5: Edit the Course

Click Edit Course to enter the course editing interface.

Step 6: Find Items Marked for Review

Modules with reported issues will display a Needs review tag.

Step 7: Expand and Locate the Flagged Content

Open the affected module. The specific content item will also have a Needs review tag.

Step 8: Fix the Issue

Open the flagged item, review the learner feedback, and make the necessary updates.

Click Submit to save your changes.

Step 9: Confirm the Fix

After clicking Submit, a confirmation pop-up will appear.

If the issue has been fully resolved, click I've fixed this.



Notes
Only click I've Fixed This when you are certain the reported issue has been fully resolved.
Once confirmed, the status will automatically update on the platform.
