How to Reset Your Password on Distinction
Follow these steps if you’ve forgotten your password or need to create a new one.
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
Open your browser and visit https://distinction.app
Password Recovery
On the login page, click on the “forgot password” link to begin.
On the login page, click on the “forgot password” link to begin.
You should see a message pop up, fill in the accurate email you used to create your account. After typing in the correct email, go ahead to click the “Reset Password” button.
A message should pop up asking you to check your email for the next steps.
Close the message and check your email for the message below.
If you do not see an email immediately, do not panic, wait a few minutes and check your spam folder.
Once you receive the mail, open it and click the “Reset your account” button. It will automatically bring you to your browser.
Type in a new password for your account and click the change password button.
Congratulations! Your password has been changed successfully. You can now log in with the new password you have just created.
